Guangzhou is definitely a city of wonders and I hope to one day visit again. As a foodie myself, I do recommend this city as a destination for those who prioritize good food while travelling

Beijing Road Pedestrian street is a must visit while travelling in Guangzhou. It is one of the busiest and main shopping areas in the city. There are a lot of shops and attractions down the road; ranging from clothing, local snacks to craft works and souvenirs.

The best time to visit the street is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. While you are there, don't miss out the bargain of fashion items. One of the places that I really loved is the UN Bookshop Cafe located somewhere in the center as the view from the rooftop cafe is just breathtaking.

Chen Clan academy, now a Folks Art Museum, once served as the Ancestral Temple of the Chen Family. It is one of the tourist spots in Guangzhou. Opening hours are from 8.30a.m. to 5.30p.m. I think that is definitely a place worth it to visit with entrance fee only at RMB10 per person. *I recommend avoiding weekends and public holidays as it may be very crowded.

You will find galleries of artifacts such as weavings and ivory carvings in Chen Clan Academy

Guangzhou isn't called the 'Food City' for no reason!!! It is a paradise for food lovers

Food you must try in Guangzhou 🤩 👉Dim Sum ( Recommend eating at Diandude) 👉Put Chai Ko / Pudding Cake 👉Pickled Fish 👉Black Sesame Paste 👉Beef Stew + Radish (You can get this almost anywhere around the city) 👉Tang Hu Lu / Candied Fruits
